Welcome to my website! I am a qualified counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I practise in Berkshire using mainly a Person Centred approach, but I use other theory and practical bases as required. I have over fifteen years experience in a wide variety of settings. I have many interests in the counselling field including relationship problems, divorce, anxiety, bereavement, stress management, career review and redundancy, work-related problems, change management, couples and marital therapy, life-change and crisis-management. I also work in the voluntary sector in change-management and run courses on a wide variety of topics. I run counselling and befriending courses for groups in the voluntary sector. I am in regular supervision. Outside counselling I spend my time going to the theatre, concerts, and films, enjoying my family, reading and writing for pleasure and travelling. I enjoy cooking, entertaining, gardening, singing, and knitting.
